PREVENTING UNDER AGE GAMBLING
Gambling under the age of 18 is against the law in most parts of the world. At Winner Casino we have imposed a number of strong measures to prevent minors from gambling.
Important: If you are concerned that your children have access to gambling sites or other inappropriate material online, you can restrict access to such sites by using one of the many Internet filter programs available, such as Net Nanny, CyberSitter, CyberSnoop, CyberPatrol.

PROBLEM GAMBLING QUESTIONNAIRE
If you are concerned that gambling may have taken over your (or someone else's) life then the following questions may help you find out:

2. Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
3. When gambling and if you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair and need to gamble again as soon as possible?
4. Do you gamble until your last penny is gone, even the fare home or the cost of a cup of tea?
5. Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have spent gambling?
6. Do you gamble to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
7. Have you lost interest in your family, friends or hobbies?
8. After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
9. Have others ever criticised your gambling?
10. Do you stay away from work or college to gamble?

LIMIT YOUR SPENDING
The 'Deposit Limit' facility allows you to place a cap on how much money you can deposit into your account within a fixed period. You can create different limits for varying time periods, with options of one day, one week and 30 day limits.
If you change your mind, you can increase your deposit limits but please be aware that this change will take 24 hours to take effect after the initial request. Upon logging in after this 24 hour cooling-off period, you will need to confirm again that you wish to proceed with increasing your deposit limits.
If you wish to lower your deposit limit, this can be done at any time and will take effect immediately.
You can set and change deposit limits from the 'My Account' tab, by choosing 'Responsible Gambling' and then 'Deposit Limits'. You can also contact our Customer Service team for more information, but please be aware that they will be unable to alter any limits which have already been set.
Daily Deposit Limit (24 hours)
This limit works on a rolling 24 hour basis. For example, if you reach your daily limit at 3pm you will be able to deposit again at 3pm on the following day.
Weekly Deposit Limit (7 Days)
This limit works on a rolling 7 day basis. For example, if you have deposited your full weekly limit on Wednesday at 3pm, you will be able to deposit again at 3pm the following Wednesday.
Monthly deposit Limit (30 Days)
This limit works on a rolling 30 day basis. For example, if you have deposited your full monthly limit on 15th of the current month, you will be able to deposit again on the 15th of the following month.

As part of our commitment to responsible online gaming, Winner offers an innovative 'Reality Check' feature to help you keep track of the time you spend playing our games.
Using the Reality Check feature in My account options in the Cashier, you can set a maximum duration for a session in our casino. When your time limit has been reached, you will receive a notification message. At this point you can choose to stop playing immediately, or if you're sure you wish to continue playing, you're free to do so.
To access your Reality Check settings, simply enter the Cashier section, select 'My Account', then select 'Responsible gambling'. You can alter your Reality Check settings at any time to increase or decrease your time limit for a given session.
Keeping a close eye on your gambling time is one of the best ways to enjoy responsible gaming. Just as an extra reminder of when it's time to take a break.
The Autoplay feature allows you to speed up your gaming experience by programming a set number of consecutive spins at the same betting level. In order to ensure you never spend more than you intend to while using our casino, we've set a maximum of 100 consecutive spins for our Autoplay feature.
In addition, players can choose to set a personally tailored limitation to the Autoplay feature using our Responsible Gaming settings.
• Stop Autoplay when your overall losses meet a set limit.
• Stop Autoplay if you win more than a set amount in a single spin.
• For progressive games only, stop Autoplay if the player wins the jackpot.
Autoplay options can usually be found at the bottom of the control panel in any of our browser-based online slot games. Simply click 'Autoplay' and a box will appear where you can configure your Autoplay options.
Remember, you can also choose to stop Autoplay at any time during gameplay. When the Autoplay feature is enabled, the Autoplay menu in the control panel will be replaced by a 'Stop' button that you can click at any time to return to regular gameplay.
If you decide you want to take a break from playing with us, our site has the facilities to enable that decision. Our 'Timeout' option allows you to disable your winner.co.uk account for a short period of time. You can choose from one hour, three hours, one day, one week or 30 days.
Once the Timeout begins you will still be able to login to your account, but deposits and the placing of bets will be disabled.
There is no way to cancel Timeout until the period passes, giving you peace of mind for as long as you need. If you feel you need to take a longer break than the Timeout feature offers, you can use the Self-Exclusion feature detailed below.
Timeout options are located in the 'My Account' tab. Simply select 'Responsible Gambling' and choose 'Timeout' to set up a period that works for you.
If you want to take a longer break than our Timeout feature allows, you can opt for a Self-Exclusion of six months, one year, two years or up to five years. Similarly to the Timeout functionality, you will be able to login to your account but deposits and the placing of bets will be disabled.
During this period there will be no way to reactivate your account, and [Winner] PT Entertainment Services Limited will take all reasonable steps to detect and disable any new accounts you may try to open.
If you hold additional accounts with other Online Gaming Operators, we strongly advise you self-exclude from those accounts as well.
After the period of time you set for self-exclusion has passed, you will need to contact our Customer Service team in order to reopen your account.
